Simple 30-Day Returns

We hope you'll love your Alkemi purchase. Every product is carefully handcrafted in Cornwall using thoughtfully selected natural ingredients and materials. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Our Returns Promise

We offer a simple, no-fuss 30-day returns policy.

If you've changed your mind, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
 

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Sent back within 30 days of delivery.


We kindly ask that you reuse the original packaging where you can to help reduce waste.

Return Postage

If you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us.

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or another tracked postal service, as we can't accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photograph, where possible

  • ​

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can help arrange your return.

Simply email us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • The reason for your return (optional but always appreciated)

We'll then provide our returns address and any further instructions.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for your purchase.

A Note About Body Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of body care products (such as soaps and bath teas) if they are unopened and unused, unless they are faulty.

​

This does not affect your statutory rights.
